ReadyNAS Duo
New here....just got this box and I'm trying to reset it so I can 1. get access to the web interface and update the firmware 2. reset it to default, so that it can show up on my network for access...
Can you see the unit in RAIDar? During the factory default process the NAS should appear and disappear from RAIDar.
The firmware is on the internal flash in the unit. When you are able to open Frontview you should be able to check for updates via System > Update
