Though if you open Frontview, switch to Advanced Control and go to System > Update > Remote and click Check for Update the NAS will check for a firmware update and you can download it directly to the NAS. No need to browse for a download link.
Since this is a new setup after doing the firmware update (requires reboot) and verifying it completed successfully I would suggest doing another factory default via System > Update > Factory Default to get a clean setup on 4.1.12.
