Further errors I am experiencing are:
fsck from util-linux-ng 2.17.2
e2fsck 1.41.14 (22-Dec-2010)
fsck.ext4: No such file or directory while trying to open /dev/c/c
Possibly non-existent device?
And I cannot see any volumes in the web management UI.
