We're using the ReadyNAS 312 which is being shipped to our new customers, we also have Ultra, and DUOs that have been in the field for 3 years now and counting.
Do you think that possibly if we're using old firmware that could cause them to need to be rebooted? After we reboot them, they comeback online, and we're able to ping them and start a new backup.
What we do is build the device update it with the new firmware and then to be perfectly honest we forget about updating the firmware from then on. Other than going back and updating the firmware, is there any other possible causes that you can think of?
Thanks
