First off, I just wanted to say thanks. I am truly surprised with the amount of responses and helpful suggestions.
My plan of action, is to find a backupmate device that we reboot almost everyday and update the firmware on it. Then see if that lowers the frequency of the backupmate needing to be rebooted. As you can possibly imagine calling our customers and having them reboot the device is a hindrance which I would like to avoid.
I will keep everyone posted.
