ReadyNAS NIC bonding compatible with Cisco SG200 Switch?

Maybe try MLB first, since that doesn't require you to buy a switch. And its possible that MLB will increase your speed.
If you do buy the switch, use the "layer 3+4" xmit hash in the NAS (and the switch if it has it).
