readynas nv+ green disk LED no longer lights up
One of the green disk LED no longer lights up on a readynas NV+. What are my options? Disk is fine and present in that slot.

Usually this is an indication of a disk failure, if the disk appears and shows healthy then I would want to check that with more than just those two indicators.
Do you have RAIDar on a machine that is local to the NAS?
If you do, make sure to check the indicators in RAIDar.
I would also go to Status > Logs > Download All Logs (in the upper right hand corner). Once downloaded you can extract them and look at the Disk_smart logs, there should be a bunch of them that have dates (depending on how long the NAS has been online) and then one that just reads "disk_smart.log". The last mentioned would be the one I would want to check for any reallocated sectors or ATA errors. Please post back what you find.
