ReadyNAS NV+ v2: Adding a new disk issue

Have three WD Red 3TB drives running XRAID2 (redundant).  Provides 5.4TB of space.  Added a 4th 3TB WD Red, but not adding to the overall space.    Checking the status, the log reports new disk detected and I have left for over a week, but overall space does not increase.   Any suggestions on what I can try?

Details:

Model:  Ready NAS NV+ V2
Firmware:  RAIDiator 5.3.11
3 existing Drives: WD red WD30EFRX-68AX9N0 2794 GB
New Drive: WD red WD30EFRX-68EUZN0 2794 GB

Perhaps try removing the new drive and reinserting it (with the NAS running).

Yup ... tried that.  Rebooted and then tried again. Unfortunatly, didn't fix the issue.

Still at bit of a loss as to what to try next.

      Thanks

Perhaps wait a day or so, and see if someone from Netgear wants to take a look (or look at logs).

One option of course is to do a factory reset, but that requires rebuilding the NAS and restoring the data.

You could also try a couple more reboots, and see if the process starts.
