Readynas NVX and WD TV Live Streaming Problems
Hey guys,
I have the following problem, when i stream HD .MKV or .M2TS files via network share on my WD TV Live it stutters during the whole movie and sometimes it completely frozes and when i play the same file via Media Server on the WD TV Live with ReadyDLNA enabled everything seems to be fine.... except that it doesn't play .M2TS files. I want to stream using Network Shares. Anyone any idea what the problem is???
My setup is Linksys WRT610n (1 gigabit) router --> Readynas NVX (6TB XRAID2) --> WD TV Live --> HDMI --> LCD TV
When i stream the same content to my pc there's no problem at all everything is working correctly! But when i use the WD TV Live it happens again, i've tried all the performance options on/off and all other options but no succes. I use CAT5e UTP cables i recently replaced, upgrade to the latest firmware 4.2.12 and also my WD to the latest 1.02.21 FW, even my router is up to date. What could be the problem here? Also with ReadynasDLNA enabled the scanning takes ages and the button is still greyed out and says scan in progress for hours.... And i have lots of movies on it but via Media Shares i only see the same 2 movies....
Any help would be appreciated!

- An update to all of the NVX users,
I tested an Popcorn hour A-200 with the exact same settings and setup and it works like a charm under network share mode. So the solution is not to buy the WD Live TV in combination with the Readynas NVX pioneer edition. I've tested it and my colleague who had the exact same NAS with my WD have the exact same problems and other network setup. So buy an Popcorn Hour A-200 if you want this NAS to stream HD content to your television without stuttering. :D - An update to all of the NVX users,
