Thank you mdgm for your quick reply, I worked through the details and am awaiting a new unit.
In the meantime, I have a second NVX and would like to move the disks from the "no power" NVX into that unit to continue backups and if, by chance, the disks in the "no power" unit are somehow bad too, I would like to know that sooner so I can order replacement disks.
I believe both the "no power" NVX and the working NVX have the same rev level of firmware, but I am not 100% positive. Other than making sure I match disk position to disk position and that I don't mix the disks up between the two units is there anything else I need to worry about (other than the potentially mis-matched rev levels for firmware....)
