ReadyNAS NVX
I have a custmer who had his ntserver and domain trashed. We moved him to a workgroup. Have changed the NAS to a workgroup. Cannot connect to the readynas or access it.Can ping it from the pc's. Using windows 10 pro. have used the wizerd to add useres and passwords. Try to map a drive or ad a network location and get invalid name or cannot find it. Help Need it to do PC backup storage.

Have you tried accessing it by IP address instead of name?
Have you checked that SMB 1 is enabled on the Win10 PC?
