The one for 193.99 is diskless, while the one for 309.99 includes a 2TB disk. The hardware specs are exactly the same otherwise.
The Ultra+ has a faster dual-core CPU, where as the Ultra is single core: http://home.bott.ca/webserver/?p=499

The Ultra and Ultra+ have pretty close to the same READ speeds, but the + version has much faster WRITE speeds when using jumbo frames.
