I think a mod might have split this off from another topic. It looks like you have an RN314 (even though the title says Pro-6). Is that correct?
If you have a backup, then the simplest option is to do a factory reset on the NAS, reconfigure it, and restore the data from the backup.
If not, it appears you need data recovery. You can use Netgear paid support (my.netgear.com). https://kb.netgear.com/69/ReadyNAS-Data-Recovery-Diagnostics-Scope-of-Service Or you can try RAID recovery software like ReclaiMe.
