Both of these require RAIDiator 4.2.16 or newer. If you get a NAS with older firmware, put one disk in, update to latest firmware, verify update completed then do a factory default with all disks in place.
The SeaGate disk is an enterprise disk and an excellent choice if your budget permits.
If on a smaller budget the WD RED which is designed for NAS use in 1-5 bay systems (though should work fine in a 6-bay and it's a qualified disk) is a good choice.
