Have you shut down the NAS while pulling out the disk?
If possible please share the disk logs and volume logs to check further

Shut down the NAS and try to remove al l the drives and insert in the different slots and check for the status.

Not sure what you mean....
Do you mean shut down the NAS, and then take out all the drives, and then put them back in (in which order? ) and then power back on?
