Hello a-c-w ,
Shut down the NAS and try to remove al l the drives and insert in the different slots and check for the status.

Not sure what you mean....
Do you mean shut down the NAS, and then take out all the drives, and then put them back in (in which order? ) and then power back on?

Hello a-c-w ,
Yes, from the logs you have provided the device is not detecting the disks. So please shut down the NAs and try to remove all the disks insert them back and reboot the device manually.
You can change the slots and insert them back.
