Those are likely suspects, yes.

If I understood correctly, I will need to purchase the following PSU and cables for the PRO BE:
1. SeaSonic SS-300SFD.
2. a 24 pin extender - you might as well get them while you are at it.
3. 3 (4-pin molex connectors)
Does Netgear perform PSU replacements even if the unit is no longer under warranty?
