ReadyNAS Removing Last Remaining Cloud User
Good Morning All,
With the termination of the ReadyCloud service by 1 Apr, how does one remove the last remaining cloud user within my ReadyNAS 314. When I try to remove it from the ReadyNAS I get the error 'This device is joined to a ReadyCLOUD. To remove visit ReadyCLOUD'. I go to https://readycloud.netgear.com/ and log on, and the device is offline and I cannot manage any users. Looking for the steps I am missing.
