Morning, Apologies as I had a meal with the inlaws and the server wasn't a case of simply trying it out.
It didn't seem to work. I rebooted again & also closed all PC ReadyCloud apps which also didn't work. The weird thing is that I have the mobile RC app and this has always been fine.
I thought I'd got to the bottom (or part of it) of the issue just before going out. I looked at one of the folders setting and noticed that the folder owner was set to 'guest' and changed it. Straight away I was able to gain access. I went out for my meal and this morning set about replicating for the other folders. The others weren't set as 'guest' and were setup as I would have expected. Really weird.
**Edit** Ok it looks like some of the settings had also changed. At least I think. I thought I'd replicated the settings for the other folders however I noticed that I hadn't ticked read access for the user which was my email address. That email address is the one associated with the RC app so I'm guessing that's what the issue was. Seems to be fixed now lol.
Thank you for your help and time with this. Really appreciated. Great community page for getting help as well.

That's a long firmware update history on your NAS since the last factory reset going all the way back to the first ever production OS6 release 6.0.0!
Please go to System > Settings > Support, enable Secure Diagnostic Mode and PM me the 5-digit number that you then get.
I'm seeing a few things. One is a config file that needs a change or two.
Another is that you have a huge number of snapshots and quotas enabled on the data volume on your RN102. This is leading to OOM (Out of Memory) errors. Quotas will need to be disabled on your data volume.
