ReadyNAS RN214 data recovery service

My ReadyNAS RN214 crashed and won't even turn on. I am looking for a data recovery service to send the drives to bring back the data. Recomendations? Thanks

Thank you. Its a 4+ year old unit. No warranty. I believe the path forward is data recovery.

Then you would need to purchase a new device then proceed with data recovery.
