ReadyNAS RND2000 v2
ready nas is bricked drive 1 dead drive 2 has lots of data and the drive tests good but I cannot access any files created or modified after 4/5/2021 testdisk (under ubuntu) runs and doesn't find a...
yes. tried all combinations.
the nas does not respond to any outside input. no access to boot menu, even tried attaching a serial monitor.
more concerned about retreiving the data.
other solutions to cover data loss now than when I implemented this.
abandoning the ready nas as a solution. past EOL now anyway.

You could try r-linux for windows: https://www.r-studio.com/free-linux-recovery/
This will only work on one of the two disks (typically the first).
r-linux has helped get some data. just not getting the recent stuff
