Looking at your case notes it looks like support has fixed your system now. Did you do an OS re-install? Your admin password has been reset to the default one. It would be advisable for you to change the admin password.
The problem is one that others have seen recently. A symlink in /etc/apache2/sites-enabled was left behind which prevented apache2 (the http/s server service) from starting.
