Guys, I have just brought a Ultra 2 and from my understanding it only supports 2 x 2tb drives, but on the compatibility list it mentions 3tb drives. Can someone confirm what the largest drive I can p...
The ultra 2 supports 3 TB drives (and several are listed on the HCL here: http://www.readynas.com/?page_id=82) You should stick with the HCL.
I suggest the western digital WD30EFRX. Search this forum for the specific drives you are considering before you purchase. Some of the choices on the HCL haven't worked out so well.
