ReadyNas Ultra 4 not on network, no access to admin page

Here's the raidar snip. I can ping it and it shows on my router list.
Just can't access the admin page, it gets to the Netgear screen and sits there. Can't access via pc or android file manager.

Thx - looks like it is also converted to OS-6. So Netgear would deny support in any event.
Do you have a backup of your data?
Are either the download logs or diagnostic links working? If you can get the logs, then I could take a look at them.
If you have ssh enabled, you could see if that lets you log in.
I do not have an additional backup of data.
I can access logs & diagnostics.
SSH is something I've read about only recently, assume it's not enabled, but don't know how to check.
Have sent over logs via PM.
