And welcome to the NETGEAR Community! 🙂
Could you please tell me the current firmware version you are using?
And please disable the below :

2)Disable Antivirus
3)Disable Audit
4)Disable File search.
Also, please delete all the old snapshots and keep the latest ones.
Have a lovely day,

Thanks for your reply,
I'm on 6.10.8, re-installed Firmware from front view yesterday, still waiting for the sync to complete.
As I can't access admin, how do I disable those?
Thanks

You can't. Though Quota was disabled when you did the firmware reinstall.

Do you mean you reinstalled it from the boot menu? (there is no frontview with OS-6).
Not sure why it is resyncing, normally that doesn't happen after a firmware reinstall. But you should be able to access the admin web ui during a resync.
What happens now when you browse to https://nas-ip-address/admin (using the real IP address of the NAS of course). Note that the admin password of the NAS should have been reset to password.

Note AnishaA hasn't seen the log zip (unless you also sent it to her).
As I said above, Quota is disabled now, by the firmware reinstall.
There's no evidence of an issue with your data volume, and it is only 76% full. So there is no need to delete snapshots right now. And you do have plenty of memory (4 GB).
Antivirus, Audit, and File Search do take up CPU, which could be part of the puzzle with regaining admin access.
The recent load average in your logs is quite high.
07:26:13 up 25 min, 0 users, load average: 4.12, 4.89, 4.03 07:41:13 up 40 min, 0 users, load average: 5.57, 6.10, 6.18 07:56:13 up 55 min, 0 users, load average: 7.17, 6.55, 6.21Normally this averages out to close to 0 over the long term.
But I can't see what the NAS was doing during this time interval. It wasn't resyncing (the most recent resilver in volume.log was back in May).
