Still no luck. I powered down the unit; unplugged the power (and the ethernet cable); held the power button for 30 seconds; let the unit sit for 5 minutes with nothing connected; and then plugged the power and ethernet cable back in. The LCD screen is the same as before - no "Booting" message and the fans are at full speed. Any ideas?
