ReadyNAS Ultra 6 Plus.... 18TB -> 24TB
Hi, Currently using 6x3TB Seagate 3TB ST3000DM001 drives on a ReadyNAS Ultra 6 Plus. Not a very good drive though imo, had already 2 bad ones, curiously both were in slot No.2 of the NAS... wondered...

Actually I have dual redundancy. Isn't it weird?
Is this a situation where I should be alarmed?
I don't want to make a mistake to mess up the upgrade process.
Should I hot-swap the 3rd one now or...reboot, let it expand capacity, then continue with 3rd?
