ReadyNAS Ultra 6 Plus.... 18TB -> 24TB
Hi, Currently using 6x3TB Seagate 3TB ST3000DM001 drives on a ReadyNAS Ultra 6 Plus. Not a very good drive though imo, had already 2 bad ones, curiously both were in slot No.2 of the NAS... wondered...

Though it is a pain, making backups is always a good idea.
I wouldn't continue until you get it resolved. Since you are running dual redundancy, this is the first expansion step that gives you more space. I would try a reboot.
