Which NAS and which OS version?

Its a ReadyNas 312
Firmware is 6.10.3
Guest is a non-removable user, so you don't see it in the GUI. You can see all the users, including several internal users (that you should not mess with) in the /etc/passwd file, either via SSH or in the downloaded configuration file. If somebody else has access to the NAS, they may be using guest credentials without really realizing it. Otherwise, you have a problem and your NAS may be compromised.
I have disabled guest access on all shares, even though i beklieve my NAS is secure.. Windows doesn't really work well with guest credentials, anyway,
Scan and System are not normal default users. Unless somebody else set the NAS up for you and added them for some reason, or an app added them (for what purpose, I cannot say -- that would be unusual), then you have a problem.
