Error Code: 1002020283 Unknown user (guest)
Hi, I've just updated all my RNs to the firmware 6.7.4 and now when I try to work with any shared folder, this error appears 1002020283 Unknown user (guest).
The 1 at the beginning of this error message tells me that you have a share issue. The problem is that your share is configured to use a user that might not exist. Each share has an owner and a group that it gives default permissions to.
Edit all of your shares and go to the File Access tab, and set it to a user, like admin, or whatever shows up in the list.
If you're on AD and caching domain users, then you can set this to some domain user and domain group.

Hello edgargat,
What is this shared folder, a default share or a custom one? What apps are running at the same time?
