ReadyNas wont Boot past 72%
Recently had a tech working at a client site and their ReadyNas was loose on top of the client rack and it fell to the floor. Since then the ReadyNas won't boot and gets stuck at 72% and just sit...

- What ReadyNAS model
- What Firmware
- How many disks,and what RAID mode?

All I have is the Model: RN42400, the rest info I would assume hasn't been firmware updated since out of the box. it is a 4-bay NAS, with 4 drives but I couldn't tell you the raid.
The client bought the device and set it up on their own. But they do not have any of that info either

Actually an RN424.
Have they tried booting up the NAS in read-only mode? See pages 97-98 here:
Also, you should ask if the NAS had a power loss (or an unclean shutdown) right before the problem began.

In trying to get it to boot into safemode. It was able to boot the 99% over the weekend (started it before I left friday, came in this morning and it was at 99%) and that was as far as it got. I just tried to boot it again and it is back only up to 99% in about an hour.
