Recover Volumes on RN10400

Error "Remove inactive volumes to use the disk. Disk #1,2,3."

my drive in slot 4 failed, I have replaced it with a new 10tb drive but still get the error.

I have seen that the Level 3 guys can reset this error & i will not loose all my data but i am trying to find out how to start this process.

Any Ideas?

I believe L3 is using sometimes using mdadm commands that force the volume to mount.  In other cases they might be doing some repair to btrfs.

It'd be good if Netgear posted some info for advanced users who want to troubleshoot this problem themselves.  But so far they haven't.
