Replacement fans for ReadyNAS 2100
One of the fans in my 2100 sometimes will not start after power up, and constantly run at a bit lower RPM than the other fan. The NAS is old so I guess it is about time to replace both fans.
Any suggestions of what replacement fans would be suitable for this?

- Take a picture of the currently installed fan (wild guess by Delta) and post....
It is some odd double fan. Three of them. Model seems to be AGE04020B12M, but when I search for that I only find a single fan model, 40x40x20 mm.
Interesting format, two "standard" fans in a duo-configuration, indeed. Challenge customer.support@netgear.com for spares. If Netgear does have no more spare fans available, I would ask Crown Precision & Electronics Co. Ltd. via sales@crownthermal.com.
