Replacement for Ultra 4

The closest OS 6 model to what you have is an RN314. But the RN424 is the newest ReadyNAS 4-bay platform, so I'd check out prices on that one.
If budget is a big concern, you could also consider the RN214 - it's an arm-based unit that is about the same speed as the RN314 for file storage.
Perhaps the new RN424 or if you're looking for a bigger jump in performance the new RN524X.
