The closest OS 6 model to what you have is an RN314. But the RN424 is the newest ReadyNAS 4-bay platform, so I'd check out prices on that one.
If budget is a big concern, you could also consider the RN214 - it's an arm-based unit that is about the same speed as the RN314 for file storage.

After I wrote the post in the forum, I checked here in Norway and got a good price on Netgear RN314, and have ordered it with five 4TB WD Red Pro WD4002FFWX.
My lesson is to have one disk in spare :)
I use my Netgear only for backup, so speed is not important but reliability is. I bought my Ultra 4 February 2nd 2008 and with no problems until this last month. The Netgear Readynas is a fantastic product :)
