How long have you had the unit? Since it is an RNDX4210 not a RNDX421E it is probably the Business Edition, not a Pioneer. The Pioneer did not have many of the business features such as Active Desktop and teaming of the two ethernet ports and only had a 3 year warranty period vs the 5 year warranty of the BE.

I suggest you open an on line technical support ticket about the failure. When you get a case number edit your first post in this discussion and edit the subject line appending the case number to the end. If it is still under warranty, they should issue an RMA to replace the unit with a refurbished one.

Do you recall what version of RAIDiator you had updated the unit to?

When you send in your unit, do not send the drives, drive trays or screws with it. Send just the bare chassis. While at one time they were sending out replacement PSUs for the NV+, they seem to now want the old chassis back and to my knowledge have not ever send out a replacement PSU for the NVX (although comparing units, the NV+ replacement PSU would fit in an NVX and appears to be plug compatible and have enough power).
