Replacement Power Supply for ReadyNAS NVX? Case #19099497
Hi, It seems as though the power supply on our NVX ReadyNAS (RNDX4210) has failed. Where can I buy a replacement from that will be ok in the unit? Regards, Floob.
You've done well. Pro 4 is 64-bit. NVX is 32-bit. You've been upgraded to a newer, better NAS.
Put a spare disk (must not be from your array) in the Pro 4 and check what firmware is installed on it. If it is 4.2.15 or earlier update to 4.2.16 then to the firmware you were running on the NVX. Verify the firmware update was successful power down remove your spare disk and move your disks across.
