His profile says he joined May 10 2009, and he bought the system before that time (easy to determine by his initial posts).
And since its a Pioneer, it would only have 3 year warranty, versus 5 year on the Business Edition.
So it is long out of warranty already (+365 days). Unless Support wants to honor an extended grace period RMA.
