Replacing the Power Supply NV+

I ordered a new power supply and found it doesnt have power switch as the original has. Is this going to be a problem? Also, it has additional connectors that look like they might get in the way. I understand I will have to change the pinout of the replacement. The one I purchased is a FSP Group FSP180-50LE from Newegg. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
