RN102 Admin Password Doesn't Work After FW Update

Hi, I just updated my NAS's firmware to 6.10.1 (from 6.10.0 hotfix).  After reboot, the NAS works in that I can access all my data through the ReadyCloud desktop app and also through the web page.  However, now I am unable to login to the admin page and the password recovery also doesn't work.  This obviously did work previously since I was able to login and update the firmware earlier today.  Thanks for your help.

  • After posting I got it to work by using my email address as the username.  Previously I put in admin and then my password.  Perhaps this was a change in 6.10.1?

      No.  The built-in admin account functionality hasn't changed.
