The ST2000DM005 and ST2000DM008 are SMR (Shingled Magnetic Recording) drives and not well suited for a NAS. IMHO, no DM desktop drive has ever been well suited for a NAS.
While the NAS will complain about mismatched rotation speeds, I know of no specific evidence that mixing them creates a reliability issue or performance hit on a small NAS.
Your best bet is to get a NAS purposed drive, but not a WD Red, which is also SMR. The WD Red Plus or Red Pro or the Seagate Ironwolf or Ironwolf Pro are all CMR (Conventional Magnetic Recording). The Red Pro and Ironwolf Pro are the only 7200RPM drives in that list.
A 2TB drive is also not very cost effective when it comes to cost per megabyte. Since your other drive will also wear out (possibly soon if it's the same age as the failed one), using a larger replacement one now will expand the volume once you replace the other one with a similary sized drive. And most people's storage requirements just seem to keep growing.
