RN102 High-pitched Noise After Shutdown
Hi, the AC adaptor (external brick) seems to give this constant and high-picthed noise once the ReadyNAS has been shut down.
Is this normal or does the adaptor need to be replaced? =(

Hello GearsofNet,
I checked your profile and found an RN10200 registered under your name. This unit has ran out of warranty, however, you may purchase a power supply from support team.

This is most likely "just" coil whine. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coil_noise
If that's what it is, while annoying, it's not really a problem. I mean it's not going to prevent normal operation of the device.
