What process did you use?
I suggest downloading the full log zip from the logs page, and looking at the details. If you need help sorting out the logs, you can put the zip in cloud storage and send me a private message (PM) with a link. Make sure the permissions are set so anyone with the link can download. You can send a PM using the envelope link in the upper right hand corner of forum.
