Can you try turning off IPv6 temporarily to see if the device remains in spindown mode?

I got some new point: I have one AVM FritzBox 7390 Router / Gateway behind an easy 8-port network switch from tp-link
I played around with Wireshark today and found out that the HDD drives spins up pn every ICMPv6 echo (Router Advertisment).
Tested it 5 times with Wireshark and its always on ICMPv6 - Router Advertisment).
Btw. I have already sent the log files...
Nobody an idea ?
