Pair of disks formerly used in RN202-100NES, using newer hardware
In 2016/2017 I had a ReadyNAS RN202-100NES. The ReadyNAS itself stopped working and I removed the drives. I now need to access the drives, (I believe these were in a mirror).
My plan was to jump on ebay and buy a ReadyNAS, so I can retrieve the files. (I know you can probably do this on a Linux computer, but I don't have suitable hardware)
My apologies for what is potentially a dumb question...
Will any other ReadyNAS read these drives I have?
If I get another ReadyNAS, set it up an stick in my drives with the data on them, I'm concerned that I risk losing the data if it thinks it's a new install!?
If these drives are mirrored, do I need to put both in, or can I put in just one drive and see the files on it?

2.5mm x 5.5mm or 2.1mm x 5.5mm will work. It's the typical connector for that type of supply.

You can migrate to any other OS-6 readynas (RN1xx, RN2xx, RN3xx, RN4xx, RN5xx, RN6xx). Lower model numbers will be less expensive. With these, you can simply plug in the drives and boot up. If you are certain you were using XRAID or RAID-1 (the default), you could just insert one, just to be extra safe.
Other legacy NAS can also be converted to OS-6 - that includes the Ultra and Pro models. Those would need to be converted before you insert the RN202 disks, and you would need a spare disk to do that.
If you can connect one of the disks to a Windows PC (using SATA or a USB adapter/dock) then you could try this software:

Do you know if the Netgear ReadyNAS Duo's use OS-6 ? Like the RND2110 ?Hi! I found a RN10200-100EUS on Ebay (UK), but it's missing a Power Supply.
I believe I need a 12V, 5A 60W: input 100-240V AC, 50/60Hz, but I can't tell from the data sheet what the barrel size is of the power jack plug that goes into the unit?
