Hi Zansett
Welcome to the Community!
Have you checked your NIC settings on the NAS? Adding a DNS server like google and your router gateway address. Mine is working fine (Android, Portal, Desktop App). I was trying to check if there's any outage but its working fine on my end.
Try logging in and out of ReadyCloud and check if you can disable any security software installed on your PC.
Hope this helps!

Hi
I have tried everything i can think of.
The NIC is configured to use DHCP, and dynamic IP.
Do i need to make this static, and do some portforwarding in the router, to make this work ?
In this case i also need the portnumbers to forward.
Since i can access it via the webportal, from anywhare, i assumed the settings was ok.
On the computer i only have windows built in firewall, i have tried to disable it, no success.
I also tried signing in and out from Readycloud-app, no success
I have tested with two differnt computers, one running windows 8.1, and the other running windows 10, no differens.
I also tried connecting the computer directly to the fiberconverter, without any router between, no success.
Also the Android app, can´t access it from a remote location, not via wifi or 4G
Everithing is working fine when i am on the same network as the NAS.
But on a different network i can only access the NAS from the webportal
Any ideas
