RN212 ReadyNAS access

Im thinking i have a setting issue on the Readynas RN212.   I can access the Nas through web browser(HTTP) and admin login, but when i use windows explorer (FTP?) my admin login says that access is...

Windows Explorer uses SMB, not FTP.

 

Have you set up NAS user accounts via the admin Web UI?  Generally you want to set up a user account.  Then set up a credential in the Windows Credential Manager to access the NAS using that username.
