RN212 with 6TB HD showing o bytes
Howdy All,
i have just set up my RN212 with a 6TB hard drive. When i go into ReadyNAS the hard drive is seen with 5.45TB free space.
However, when i look at properties via explorer it shows 0 bytes and trying to write to the disc gives an error of not enought room.
i reformated the hard drive via the RN212 reset last night, no change to the issue.
thanks for any help.

No, I have a 6TB hard drive mounted in a Netgear RN212 (2 bay Desktop ReadyNAS Storage) connected via Eathernet cable to a Netgear Nighthawk AC1900 Router.

Ahh oke, so you have one (of the two bays) populated with a 6TB hard drive right now?
From the looks of it, this sounds like a new setup (or re-setup at least)? If that is the case, and you don't have any data on that drive that you care about, then perform a factory default from the boot menu (this will erase any data on that disk and wipe it and set up NAS anew).
