Since ReadyNASOS doesn't make changes to the CMOS settings, I'm not sure why you want to reset them.
Unfortunately, pretty much nothing but the power brick is replaceable on the 214, and parts are also not available.
Have you tried downloading the log .zip file in the short opportunity you have? Also, can you still PING it? Access it via SSH?
