rn314 will not see an 512gb sdxc card.
The display shows that the card has been plugged in but neither WIndows Explorer nor the RAIDar show that the card is present. I am using a Samsung adapter which works fine on PCs. Does anyone have...

I have taken up your suggestion and made the ideas post.
The other NAS is a QNAP_TS253pro.
It is surprising that such a common file structure is not supported.

Welcome to the community.
Are you using a SD card adapter so that you plug it in the USB port of the NETGEAR NAS?
If you are, can you go to the FrontView/GUI of the NAS to check if its detecting a USB connection. RAIDar might not detect it.
At the moment, I cannot say if an app will be the resolution.

RN31400 Hi, The GUI on the front of the RN314 displays "External Storage Device Connected" when the USB to SD Card adapter [ which has an SD Card inserted ] is plugged in.
